STEP ONE

Get in touch with us either via phone, email or our contact page. Simply select a date or let us know about a deadline that you need to work to, let Claire know a little about what you are requiring imagery for and share your general location. Upon receiving this info…
STEP TWO

Claire will get in touch for a pre-shoot consultation so we can really pinpoint your requirements and design a portrait session based on your needs. We will look at brand awareness - who are your ideal clients? who are you wanting to achieve? This is all so relevant to make sure your imagery makes you money. We will then discuss locations, timings, dates and concepts before…
STEP THREE

Creating your images! At this point, we will start begin to shoot the imagery allowing you to showcase your business in the best was possible. This could be with one studio portrait session with Hair & Make-up. a set-up on location at your premises for location imagery, corporate headshots or an entire series of shoots over months including costuming, styling and much more to create a whole spectrum of content to market your business for months to come.
Once your imagery is ‘in the can’ we will move onto retouching and post-production. This will vary depending on each Clients needs but Claire will make sure even the editing is exact to your brand standards. From here we get to…
STEP FOUR

Show you your imagery. It is during this session at our in-home studio that you get to see your concepts brought to life and shown to you on specialist photographic equipment which replicates your imagery how it will look in print as well as on the screen. We will be on hand to give you advice on what will work for you in various situations whether for book dust covers, email signatures, websites, editorial articles or printed products, whilst enjoying a lovely cup of tea. STEP FIVE

Delivering your imagery to you via your own online Client Gallery. From here, you can download all your files and also share them with others or even leave comments for Claire if you wish to further look at retouching or exploring other image options. These will be delivered in high resolution JPG format for you to use to ‘show up’ in your business.

A For Business Portraits Session is a photography session tailored to you and your business. Each session is bespoke and created and styled to fit your brand. Sessions can take place at indoor and outdoor locations at any time of year.
All my business shoots include 100+ images, to give you plenty of content to roll out on social media and use on your website and other platforms.

Yes. You can choose from 3 packages available.
Absolutely! Many corporate Clients require me to set up on location at their offices for ease of scheduling their staff and also to use their environment for the backdrop to their imagery. I have portable professional equipment and can even work battery operated if in a remote location to suit your needs.
Yes. Please don’t worry. I don’t expect you to strut on set like Tyra Banks. Most of my clients feel uncomfortable at the thought of having their photo taken but they are all surprised at how much they enjoy their shoot. I will gently guide you throughout the shoot and choose the best poses and lighting.
Yes! I’m happy to chat through options with you and share ideas. I can advise on what looks good on camera and give you a list of things to avoid too.
I also work with personal stylists and top Hair & Make-up Artists so if you want me to put you in touch with them, I can. They assist me on shoots regularly so can do so (as an option extra) if you'd like.
Life sometimes throws us a curve ball and so I’m very used to rescheduling sessions. If the weather is bad it’s no problem at all to postpone. I normally get in touch a day or so before your session to confirm arrangements once I’ve checked the weather forecast. If you need to reschedule with me because of illness, then just let me know as soon as you can.
Yes, all of your images will be artistically edited and retouched to suit you and your style. Some clients want a magazine style in their retouch and some prefer only the odd tweak - this can all be discussed in your consultation. I love retouching and I will make sure that you love your images!
Headshot clients will receive approximately 30-40 images to choose from in an online gallery.
Personal Branding clients will get 100+ images included in their package.
Business clients will get 150+ images included in their package.
Atelier Creative retains the copyright to all media created during your portrait session (mainly to use for illustrative purposes if you have given express permission). You will have print rights for personal use to all your purchased images. This means that you can print copies of your portraits up to the same size purchase, but you do not have the right to sell or publish them without permission.
