It's that time and again so here's my self-portrait for my 12in12 project for March!

This month I'm undertaking a body image workshop with the incredible Self Care School (check them out online) and I couldn't be more excited. I know how changing your mindset really creates different action in life and I want to love my body even more than I do now.

I really started appreciating my body once I birthed my twin girls. Before then, it never felt like it did anything positive for my in life, which is beyond bonkers! It had done so much, got me to see incredible places, meet amazing people and allowed me to see, touch, smell, taste wonderful things. Yet, our conditioning from the present day media surrounding our bodies is to look at the cellulite, the bald patches, the crooked digits - all of which are present in this image and I still love them!

This is me, stepping into my spotlight a bit more. Not letting life pass me by. I'm on the way out of the heaviest I have ever been and this moveable feast of a body has taken me through 39 years of life and is still working hard.

Don't wait to enjoy you and your body. I'm determined this year to enter my 40s in the most positive way possible.

Carpe Diem

Enjoy you NOW.
