It's Day Two of the Summer Holidays and some of you parents out there might already need a pick me up...

Times like this are tough if you are trying to work, look after your family and carve out some time for yourself. Just remember that you need to breathe to and if you're not looking after yourself then you can't look after everyone else.

If today is a struggle, here's a picture of beautiful Jasper that I got to photograph recently. He had only just come home to his new humans and was a bundle of fun, love and energy.

Puppies are hard work to photograph but look how beautiful and squishy they are!! Who wouldn't love a picture like that of their fur ball on the wall just to make them feel better when they look at it?

How can you not smile when you see something like this?!
