highly commended from the mPA

Last week, this image of Lydia received a Highly Commended from the Master Photographers Association for their Fine art category.

I loved taking this shot and would you believe me if I told you this was taken on a white background? Well, no one ever does so I've included the original image for you to see as well.

I love creating statement pieces like this and I can't wait to get this up on the wall in our home. It's something I know will never age and date and I will never get tired or seeing this. The beauty of an archival print as well means that one day I'll be able to pass it down to Lydia for her to enjoy in her own home.
