bronze award
Last week I received a Bronze Award from The Portrait Masters Image Awards, which has made me so happy and even more proud of what I do.
To be honest with you, I wasn't going to enter anything as I had just returned from Italy, was exhausted and had completely forgotten about it! Normally, I spend a lot of time preparing for an Awards Competition, but this time I submitted this single image of Jess, so was so happy with the result.
I could have easily missed these awards out, but the reason I don't is because I want to develop as an artist, I want to master my craft and I want to give the best service to my clients possible. This is the level I retouch to for all my images and it's seen as world class and working 'to a high professional standard' to quote awards body. That's a fab achievement to say I work to this level 100% of the time and not just for award submissions.
The feedback received from entering awards is worth its weight in gold. It allows me to improve with the critique I get and also see where my peers are with their standard of working and see what I can do to get better and better as that's always my aim.
Do you like this image? Would you like your own set of award-winning images for your home?
As always, please message me with any questions or just to say hi! I'm always here to help!
